| 2 tbsp | soy sauce | 30 mL |
| 1/2 tsp | cornstarch | 2 mL |
| 1 tbsp | vegetable oil | 15 mL |
| 1 lb | bagged broccoli slaw | 454 g |
| 6 oz | Schneiders 1890 Heritage® Roast Beef slices, cut in thin strips | 175 g |

Directions
For sauce, combine orange rind and juice, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and cornstarch; set aside. In large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat; cook and stir broccoli slaw for 2 minutes. Add roast beef and sauce, cook and stir 3-4 minutes or until broccoli is tender crisp. Stir in tomato and heat through. Arrange on plates and garnish with fresh basil.
TIP: Purchase prepared broccoli slaw in packages in the produce department. Substitute packaged coleslaw if broccoli slaw is not available.
