Honey Apricot Glazed Ham

Ingredients:
1 Schneiders Olde Fashioned® Half Ham1
OR
Schneiders Fat Free® Half Ham (about 1.1 kg)
1 cuphoney250 mL
1/2 can355 ml frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed1/2 can
1/3 cupapricot jam75 mL
1/2 tspground nutmeg2 mL
1/4 tspground cloves1 mL


Directions
In small roasting pan heat ham, cut side down, according to package directions for 1 hour. Mix together remaining ingredients in medium bowl; set aside. Pour half of the glaze over the ham during last 30 minutes of heating; then pour the remaining glaze over the ham during the remaining 15 minutes of heating.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with sweet potatoes, squash and broccoli.
Variation: Warm Schneiders Ham Steaks and serve with sauce.
