Directions
PREHEAT BBQ to medium-high. COMBINE in a bowl the tomatoes, Arugula, olive oil and season with salt and pepper. GRILL the hot dogs on the BBQ for about 4 minutes. Grill the buns during the last minute. GARNISH the hot dogs evenly with the tomato mixture and finish with the grated Parmesan. PLACE back on BBQ, close lid and heat until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes.
